In September 9, 2009 at the 2nd Asia Bridge Summit, Mr. Luo Guoqiang, representing Shanghai Pujiang Cable Co., Ltd. as the guest speaker, made a speech entitled “Self-anchored suspension bridge prefabricating the parallel wire tendon in Auckland Bay in US”. Numerous participating bridge experts and scholars respond the speech enthusiastically, and they have a better understanding of how Chinese suspension cable meets higher international standards and requirements.
